| Application | Determination of the subclass of a monoclonal antibody is helpful for characterization of the antibody, for choosing detection reagents, and for deciding on a purification scheme. |
| | The IsoQuick strips, whether purchased in kits (ISOQ5 and ISOQ25) or separately (I9285, I9410, or I9535), are designed to detect and identify mouse isotypes in cell culture supernatant, ascites, or purified antibody. Optimum detection range is 0.1-4 μg/mL with a detection limit of 10 ng/mL. IsoQuick strips have been validated for use with mouse monoclonal antibodies and have not been validated for use with other host antibodies. |
