Mono P™ Columns
- Greatly concentrates samples and resolves pI differences of 0.02 pH units.
- Mono P™ 5/50 GL for rapid scouting of elution conditions (pH gradients) or for separations not requiring highest resolution.
- Mono P 5/200 GL for highest resolution separation.
- Use Polybuffer 74 for any pH gradient between 7 and 4, and Polybuffer 96 for pH gradients that should begin above pH 7.
Mono P™ Columns
Technical Information
Mono P™ is based on the same matrix as Mono Q™ and Mono S™. The 10-μm MonoBeads particles are substituted with tertiary and quaternary amines and the small bead size contributes significantly to the high resolution that can be achieved.
